Important Notes
- A $30 doctor visit is required at the start of GLP-1 treatment and every 90 days thereafter.
- For IM injections and IV hydration services, the doctor visit is valid for 1 year.
- A $25 concierge fee applies for mobile visits.
- BMI > 25 required for medical weight loss plans. All treatments are physician-supervised.
